Each artwork is created from a genuine, authentic, vintage baseball glove from the 1950's or before-back when ball gloves were still shaped like the human hand! Before becoming a work of art, each and every vintage baseball glove we use must undergo a proprietary, paint-free, "Colorant Deposition Process" (CDP™) in order to preserve the original texture, grain and topographical appearance of the vintage leather.  As a result, OldGloves brand artwork has a beautiful, deep coloration that looks alive and able to tell a story!
