OLDGLOVES, ARTGLOVES, BALL HAWK, SONNETT, MARATHON, HIAWATHA, GOLDSMITH, REVELATION, BORN AGAIN, the slogan "ArtGloves make Great Gifts!", and the appearance of the cross glove stand are the trademarks properties of the artist Rick R. Wascher. All photos and images in this site are the sole and exclusive property of the artist Rick R. Wascher. Any unauthorized copying or reproduction thereof is expressly prohibited.
Each ArtGloves™ brand artwork is unique, and part of a branded line of artworks. They are proprietary works of art protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and Foreign countries, including the Copyright laws, and are lawfully found nowhere else on the planet!
All Copyrights are owned by the artist Rick R. Wascher. Unauthorized use, duplication or reproduction of any Copyright, Trademark, Trade Dress, Design or any other intellectual property right mentioned above or owned and not mentioned above, or associated with ArtGloves™ branded artworks, the line or concept, or any of the aforementioned, as well as any feature(s) thereof including the goodwill associated therewith, is expressly prohibited.
Trademarks of Others
There is no affiliation whatsoever with the following companies:
Wilson Sporting Goods, Co., owners of the Wilson trademark;
Rawlings Sporting Goods and/or Rawlings Group, owners of the Rawlings trademark;
Spalding, a division of the Russell Corporation and owners of the Spalding trademark;
Nokona Athletic Goods Company owners of the Nokona trademark.
The appearance of a trademark of another, the rights to which are held by someone other than me, on any of my ArtGloves™ artworks is purely coincidental. ArtGloves™ artworks sold under any of my applicable trademarks are works of art! The original markings of the original glove and mitt I own are preserved at my discretion when creating my original works of art. The art is not resold as a glove or mitt, but artworks. Each and every glove and mitt I sell is owned outright by me from the beginning in it's as acquired vintage form and condition before it becomes a work of art.
My trademarks designate me as the source of the ArtGloves™ art, and no right or license to use any of our trademarks is granted, expressly or by implication, because of the incidental appearance of another's trademark on the original glove stock I use to create my original works of art.
Important Notice
ArtGloves™ artwork is NOT intended for play or use as a baseball glove or mitt, and such use is expressly discouraged as it will ruin the artwork.
